2017-2018 Registration Information


Please Complete Before Registration Day, August 9th

     Beckman Catholic Registration is set for August 9th  from noon to 5:30pm in the commons.   New students and parents are asked to join Mr. Meade and faculty for a welcome and information in the auditorium at 6:00p.m. followed by registration in the commons, tours of the school and a picnic on the patio.

Please bring 2 boxes of tissues per student and 1 container of disinfecting wipes per family to registration.


 

eRegistration

1.) Go to Powerschool log in, then click on the eregistration icon in the lower left.  There are no Beckman Forms in the forms section, all of the forms you will need are on this webpage.  Be sure to register each of your children and to finalize the registration.You will see you child's name with a green check mark by it when the submission is complete.


General Office Registration

2.) Technology Use Agreement  Please read this along with your student

3.) Complete the Technology Acknowledgment Form.(Online Form)


 
Business Office Registration

Please complete the following forms and turn in the Business Office Table on registration day.

4.) Free and Reduced Lunch  or  Spanish Free and Reduced Lunch (1 per family, Complete only if needed)

5.) Complete the Parent Covenant Form. (Online Form)

6.)  2017-18 Registration Payment Sheet (this is mandatory for each family.) This fillable form link works best in Chrome & Internet Explore browsers. If using other browsers such as Safari or Firefox, please download form and open in Acrobat Reader (free download) to complete and print fillable form.  If this form does not work on your computer please use this link 2017-18 Non-Fillable Registration Payment Sheet for hand entry only.

7.) EFT Form, If you would like to make monthly payments using EFT please print this form.  


Health Office Registration

8.) Dental Screen Form  9th Grade Students only 


Athletic Department Registration

9.) Physical Form, please print and have doctor complete(form is good  for 1 year)

10.) Interscholastic Athletic Competition Form, please print and turn in at registration day(form is good  for 1 year)


Misc. Departmental Forms

11.) Physical Activity,Complete and submit online(this is mandatory for all students)

12.) Photo Order Form(1 per student) To order pictures bring completed form to registration. Pictures will be taken on registration day.  Picture retake day is September 1st at 7:30 a.m.

13.) Booster Club Membership Form, Print & complete if you wish to be a member of the Booster Club.  Bring to registration with payment.

14.) Drivers Ed Form Any student who is taking Drivers Ed first semester please print & complete.
